About Us
Mission Statement
PHAD23 Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to strengthening our communities through charitable outreach and transformative support. Our mission is to uplift young men by providing mentorship, education, and resources that foster leadership, integrity, and personal growth. Through active charity in the community and a deep commitment to service, we strive to create lasting impact and empower the next generation to thrive and lead with purpose.

Community Engagement
Buffalo Soliders Knight of Pythagoras Youth Leader Conference
The Order of the Knights of Pythagoras, Most Venerable Thomas H. Routt Grand Council of Texas — sponsored by the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Texas — is a community-based organization dedicated to mentoring boys ages 7 to 20. This youth-driven organization fosters leadership, cultivates responsibility, and strengthens the bonds of teamwork. PHAD23 Inc sponsors the Buffalo Soldiers Knight of Pythagoras Council No. 20 who will attend the 2026 conference in Killen Texas.
Annual Holiday Giveaway
PHAD23 Inc. hosts an Annual Holiday Christmas Gift Giveaway each year. We support communities in Bexar, Caldwell, and the Dallas/Fort Worth areas by providing gifts to young people and gift cards or financial assistance to parents for purchasing gifts.
